A Las Vegas resident for more than 30 years and a real estate professional for more than two decades, Alex has watched the valley grow from Boulder City to North Las Vegas, Summerlin to Henderson, and everywhere in between.
Before entering real estate full-time, Alex built a career in technology with the Clark County School District. Working with schools, administrators, teams, and projects throughout the county taught him how to simplify complicated situations, communicate with people from different backgrounds, manage moving parts, and see details others often miss.
Today, those skills are a major part of the way he serves his clients.
Alex works with buyers, sellers, first-time homeowners, relocating professionals, investors, and international clients. Fluent in English and Spanish and raised in Mexico, he understands how important trust, communication, culture, and familiarity can be during a major real estate decision.
